Personal Profile

• Hello! I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a bit about myself. As a native of Jackson, I currently reside at beautiful Clark Lake, Columbia Township with my husband, C. Michael Hendges. After beginning my real estate career with Consumers Power in the early 70's, I entered into real estate sales full time in 1978 as a Sales Associate. After several successful years, I then was offered the opportunity to own my company in 1985 and I succeeded in building the Top #1 real estate company in our market, RE/MAX mid-michigan! In 1993 I sold the company to our current Broker and now operate my real esate business here as an Associate Broker.
• As you can imagine, I have experienced many changes in the real estate industry through the years including technology, buying and selling trends, lending requirements, buyer agency and disclosure laws.
